In a situation when I already have 5 lives available…and then I Earn/Win 5 more. My total lives remain at 5. Why are they not added to make 10 lives total?

    Hello @cjb1967 no one knows the answer to your question to be honest, and a lot of people have asked the same thing.

    When you rank up you get five lives, but if you already have five then you receive nothing. It has always been this way, and no one knows why King think it is acceptable.

    Outside of Candy Crush everyone is used to having things add up correctly. That is, if I buy five of something I already have five of then I end up with ten. This simple maths is why King's practice of limiting the maximum number of lives to five even when they say they have given us more rankles so much.

    Hi and welcome to the King Community

    Thank you for the feedback. 5 Lives is the maximum in the game and when you win +5 Lives it's a reload of Lives to the maximum 5. Therefore the Lives cannot be more than 5.😉

    This is not helpful. Poster said they already had five LI es and got rewarded five. Therefore was not a recipient of any reward.
