I have cleared the game catche, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and logged in and out of facebook. The app keeps telling me there are holiday events but when I click play now it goes back to the regular levels. Also in the trophy part of the inbox there are no events listed. I have the same version of candy crush and the same exact phone and updates as my girlfriend and she has been playing all of them with no problem.
