Yesterday, I locked my phone (Lumia 920, Windows Phone 8.1) and when I came back, an alert appeared that I bought some kind of booster and I lost 18 gold bars!
I contacted King twice by mail, but I got an automatic reply twice which referred me to the forum. How should I contact King in order to get my gold bars back? Because I did not buy a booster

Forget EVER getting an answer or getting your bars back. King just wants you to BUY THEM.
If you want action from King you better hire a lawyer to sue them.
