I used to get them but they stopped for me several months ago. I am signed up at both King and Facebook. Playing on iPhone 6.
I'm wondering if the problem might be that I accidentally created 2 accounts at King.com when I first signed up. As I created the first account, something happened...lost my internet connection or my browser froze. So I tried it again, not realizing that my first attempt had been successful. In any case, I've finally located both accounts. They have the same player nickname, and both are synced to the exact same levels. The only differences are; different email addresses, and a one character difference in the passwords. Of course the player ID numbers are also different. I can give all this information in a private message or email if necessary. My player nickname is "Ol' Cuddahey".
If that's not the problem I wish someone could tell me what IS, and fix it so I can enjoy the challenges my friends and family are getting.
No reply from King.......as usual.
