I have problem with candy crush on my device, the application is suddenly closed while loading then the screen goes to blank and back to menu... please help me

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
