Let's share your delicious recipes and tips that you can claim your Gummy Gala badge! 😉
I never really ever have dinner parties - just good friends over for dinner. We just have good food, nothing fancy.
Start off with a good drink in hand - Pineapple Moscato Sangria
Then on to Chicken Cutlets with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce. I always double or triple the cream sauce ingredients so I can have it with the pasta (some put it over rice). Absolutely delicious!
I will finish it off with a Pineapple Upside Down Bundt Cake. Or this what I made tonight. Strawberry Cream Cheese Cobbler. Only I added blueberries this time around.
I will serve them this leche flan 🍮
So sweet and delicious
chilli cheese & garlic flat breads. Such a great sharer when you have loads of friends round. 😋
Spread with garlic butter. Top with cheddar cheese and fresh chilli, grill and top with fresh rocket and pickled pink onions. Yummy!
Baraf Dish Gola😜
If I will host a Gala dinner I would like to serve this.

@Crazy Cat Lad I couldn't make up my mind, there's so many wonderful dishes to choose from, so I decided something sweet.
Layered Lamington Cake
Some tips on putting it together
1. Choose a rich buttery vanilla cake recipe
2. Dissolve rich cocoa powder into hot water then add two tins of condensed milk, mix well. The mixture should be syrupy not watery.
3. Dip the layers of cake into the mixture then into shredded coconut and let the cakes set into the fridge for a few hours.
4. Whip cream (500ml to 1l depending how thick and sweet you want your filling to be) and caramel condensed milk (2 tins), add the caramel little bit at a time to the cream as you whipping.
5. Assemble cake
6. This is optional, but makes the cake Woah
Melt dark chocolate, pour over the completely assembled cake, let the melted chocolate dribble to the last layer
Melt milk chocolate and pour over the dark chocolate, let it dribble to the second last layer
Melt white chocolate and pour over the milk chocolate, let it dribble to the second layer of the cake.
Let each layer of chocolate harden before adding the next.
Yummy!!!
I would bring plenty of chocolate bombs
