Help please

Hi I would like to know why half my friends aren't on my list when I want to give free lives and ask for help so I can move on to the next level, I have sent loads of request's, but today I decided to ask publicly on facebook for help, because I can't move on without it, it's not on, I even decided to go through the alphabet by every capital letter and ask that way instead, but nothing, you are quick enough to ask us to keep inviting people even if we have ticked the box not to ask again on every game that I play, I only found out that it wasn't working because friends contacted me and said they haven't received any requests, you ask what platform well I've tried all ways ie mobile, tablet, laptop, please get it sorted once and for all

Maybe your friends have blocked the game notifications or they haven't given access to the game.

I've been directing players to this post as it suggests there are constant issues with sending and receiving lives. Have a little read of this. I hope it helps you:

This is utter rubbish why would friends that I play with bother not allow notification's, if there having the same problems and I know that because sometimes we are all in the same room playing against each other, and we have checked everything that we need to check, cleared everything and tried everything the problem is with facebook as it always is they muck up every game on here some how, I wish just for once they would sort it once and for all

There used to be a place to report problems on facebook which is what I thought this page was, so they could look into it and sort it, so I apologise if this is not where I should of reported it

Hey, it's fine. This is more of a community site, so it's players helping each other, discussing issues etc. I saw the information from a mod so I thought I would pass it on. Can you try and request help from them on mobile? Not sure if this is an option for you.
