I am pretty frustrated with 1348. I have tried different platforms to pass this level. I googled it and watched multiple videos to no avail. I have not even come close to passing it in over 200 attempts! Help

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
