The daily treat wheel is messed up. I don't get it for days at a time and then it takes me back to start even tho I play everyday. ??

Most likely you missed the Daily Treat calendar due to a temporary error or connection error and since your Daily treat has been reset, it cannot be undone.

However, you've got the Daily Treat back, and since you're playing the Daily Game, you'll be back to the previous place very soon.😊

I'm not sure, but it could be that your game app did not have a server connection. However, please do not be discouraged because your Treat calendar will work properly from now on👌

Again...day 3 and no daily treat wheel. The problem persists. It's a small problem but there's no way to get ahead if I'm constantly being brought back to day 1.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

Hello @Hemo1057 I am sorry to say that I don't think that your issue can be fixed by anyone here.

Before the Daily Treat Machine was introduced everyone had the Daily Treat Calendar. The calendar suffered from the same issue that you are describing, and the issue never got fixed.

Soon after the Daily Treat Machine was introduced the same complaints of the Machine disappearing and resetting to day one started again. Similar to complaints about the Calendar though only 'cut and paste' responses are provided, and an actual solution isn't provided.

It would appear that some issues just aren't investigated if they don't affect a large number of users.
