I'm stuck on level 130 on candy crush saga and I was wondering if you could help me out?

As this is not a timed level be sure to take your time and create as many striped candies as possible.
Don't give up, you will crush through this level in no time!

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
