Im in level 1446 on candy crush saga but it does not work on my android but only on my laptop.Please help

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
