i was on level 352 on my candy crush but I same to have lost it on my iPad , I have getting back but it keep on back to level one also I can't connect to Facebook please help my to retrieve it

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
