Why can't i connect candy crush and Facebook?

I already cleared the cache and cookies, disconnected from Facebook but it won't reconnect. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. I also checked I have the latest version of the program on my phone. It just keeps telling me I don't have access to the kingdom right now.

Super Ball disappeared without losing it!
