please help with board 1488 it not enough moves and it nearly impossible to get the top row popcorn

You're way ahead of me so I can't help that much sorry. It's not an impossible level though because I've seen quite a few videos. Maybe they will help you out actually, try pick up a strategy:

This is another tedious level that definitely requires a lucky board. Even when you get the two lower popcorns 9 times out of 10 the speckled candy falls to the side making access to them impossible so you can't even use them. I don't know why they make levels like this. No fun to play at all and will not waste money on boosters for this kind of level.
