Hello Zoe, I don't think you can complete level 1000 without spending gold.
The level has been reported in the Support area of this forum as it is causing frustration for a lot of people.

How will we know this is fixed ? Will there be an app update?

@Michael-6 please don't think for one second that I am trying to excuse King's shoddy level design, but I think they are changing older levels to force people to play new levels.
You have already seen how levels 3309 and 8328 have been changed to prevent people 'farming' colour bombs and coloured candy. I think level 1000 has been changed for the same reason.
I would guess that King think the X10 bonus of new levels might force people to pay to win events if they can no longer 'farm' old levels.

It has already been fixed.
The level changed now.
But still all the money I have spent is gone now, which makes me really angry.
I want any kind of reputation.. At least the 24h boosters back which I couldn't use.. Even if I also bought more gold for 30€ to get more boosters and stuff which didn't worked

They have fixed it.. well idk if for everybody but mines was fixed and I was able to pass it. Only problem is I bought a package for $39.99 and when I sighted out and sighted right back in I reconnected to my Facebook and I lost all my unlimited lives and my boosters I bought from the package all with in 15 mins of buying the package I lost it just cuz I signed out smh

I'm happy to announce that a fix for level 1000 has now been released!
Please force close the app and restart the device. The game should then refresh and the level work correctly.

Hello @jencer6985 because the issue with level 1000 was caused by King I think it is worth your time to contact King for a refund.
You shouldn't be happy to lose a $39.99 package just because you signed in and out of your game.
You can use the link below to contact King, but it is better if you contact them using the help function of your game.
@LarsWissdorf I would offer the same advice to you as well. Seeing as King must realise the issue with level 1000 was their issue they should be willing to give you a refund seeing as you could not get the full potential from your purchased package due to the faulty level.
