Best thing to do is to use and enjoy all your free saved goodies before doing anything like that ;-)
Boosters do not synchronize across devices; if you won them on your mobile then you won't get them on your PC. Only levels and gold bars get synchronized.
Bought boosters can be restored through the shop where you bought them, by using the option 'restore purchases.'
The thing is that those free boosters are saved on temporary files on your mobile; when updating or reinstalling, you risk these temporary files to get overwritten.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
