Lost all my extra lives (189) reinstalling Candy Crush on my IPad. How can I get them back?

Had to unistall candy crush on my Ipad and now I lost my 189 extra lives and boosters... The level is Ok. on my pc i have only 2 the same as I have now on Ipad. Need to get them back otherwise I will not be able to play my advanced levels....I played for years..do not want to go back at square1. Thank you

Did you do a backup of your device to iCloud? If yes, then simply do a restore to get your lives and boosters back.
