I completed the Candy Royale Challenge this morning and did not receive my 100 gold bars.
can you investigate.

Make sure updated your Apps. And If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here,
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

The Candy Royale is still being tested and the worldwide release for all players are expected to come soon.
Sorry to hear that you didn't get your reward. Please note that though, the 100 Gold Bars are shared among all winners in your group of players. You will win the 100 Gold Bars only if all other players did fail the mission.
Our Player Support can check what your reward was and correct it in your game.

Candy Royale has been appearing in my events for weeks but always says 'new event being prepared'. Other players mention it so why isn't it working?

Hello @Crazy Cat Lad! I'm in the same situation as MissyD2006 I finished the Candy Royale on Candy Crush and they validated it but I didn't receive any gold bar ??? Could you please take a look at it ? Thank you
