Items did not link up (i.e. lollipop hammers, switches, etc) on new phone after linking to FB. My gold bars and last level were there but not my items.

Boosters and lives cannot be moved between devices - you'll have to either use them on your old device or do a backup of all your mobile data then restore on your new mobile.
