Still can't play

Hi

This is ongoing for over 48 hours. I load game but when I try to do anything in game I get a message saying 'You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Try again in a moment'. Because of this progress on level race has stalled meaning I will finish last. F5 reward was not awarded. And can't play.


I have Google, Firefox & Slimjet browsers but same issue on all, I clear browser History daily and run CCleaner a few times per day. My wife can play with no issues on the same computer using the same browsers.


This is extremely frustrating as I am losing out on rewards such F5 and Gold bars due to no fault of my own but rather a game mess up. Even more frustrating is the lack of help from support who sent an auto response that was completely useless.


Is anyone able (or willing) to help? Or should I just remove game ad move on to something else?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Please clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you still have issues with the game.

    If the game then still won't load, please email our Player Support about this from HERE. Remember to enter the same email address that you use for login on your Facebook account, so they will find your account and to avoid an auto reply.

    If you had read my message you would know that I have cleaned history and cache numerous times.


    I have also emailed support twice only to receive an auto response that was useless.
