How to play please???? I have no idea and have been trying for a week .I play on both Facebook and Android Tablet. Nothing seems to help, wrapped candies, striped candies or combinations. It's driving me nuts!!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
