You can go past level 1550 on Facebook but not on the phone or tablet, what's up with this?

Currently level 1550 is the last level available for mobile devices. Until new levels are released you can play on Facebook or King.com (until level 1580). I saw on another thread that new levels are first released on Facebook and King.com, then followed by an adaption to mobile devices. That's why there's a difference in levels when you play.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
