'm on a IMAC with google chrome browser..last few days cant load CCS past 68% and when it does load, it wont load my level

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
