For over 2 days now I have been trying to purchase the Special Offer for 4.99 on FaceBROKE and it will not let me. Have had this problem before told to delete cookies, log in on another server etc. NOTHING IS WORKING!!! King games are thee only ones I have ever had this problem with. Other games I play, I click on purchase and it goes right thru. Already submitted a ticket.

Sorry for the inconvenience. If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

I might have had this problem before but as much as I play it is not even an issue in hindsight does it freeze up, not allowing u to click the purchase button, comes up with an error message or something completely different? Other games I've had this problem more often than not which is hard to help with this game as this issue doesn't happen but I agree that you should contact support so they can assist u in greater detail and hopefully resolve your concerns lol yeah I couldn't imagine they wouldn't want to really take your money( as with any company/ person)😉 hope yourproblem is taken care of soon
