I earned more than 107,000 points exceeded the point goal of 100,000, then I finished my moves but it says I failed the level. I took screenshots, its on my cell phone, android. Why?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
