There are squiggly letters over the box that tells you what to do. So am I supposed to guess the result? I can see purple and blue characters but not how many I need to get to solve puzzle

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
