Everyone I know is getting the videos once all moves are done. They win extra moves or prizes. I decided to make a purchase for stuff and ever since then I don’t get the videos. Is there anyway to fix this.
Same here. Second I made a purchase all ads for extra moves vanished. Above answer regarding randomly selected test groups is deceitful - once they know you were willing to spend money, they make sure that's the only option available to you. Do not make a purchase in candy crush if you want to keep the video ads for free moves.
I am not getting ad videos after I made a purchase. Means I made a mistake by purchasing.and will never do again
This happened to me. Across all devices. Too much of a coincidence. I will NEVER purchase again. I don’t play much anymore.
This happened to me too. Once they see you made a purchase they limit the rewards to entice you to make more purchases. It’s like a punishment — instead they should realize you a a loyal player.
Same thing happened to me. I got the videos for boosters, extra moves, etc. since I started playing. I recently made a single purchase and now I don’t get any videos at all. Not happy! 😡
I know some who do not have this test function. With me it comes for a few weeks, then it disappears again for a couple of weeks. Keep your game up to date, possible that you will get it at some point.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
@littlenana1975 Hi and welcome, The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game, It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means your not in that group at present but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems
Should have nothing to do with making a purchase or not
To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device , then log back in. regularly do this to keep your game as up to date as possible
