I had a treasure chest challenge come up, but there were no chests. Is it because I had already beaten the levels? What's the point of playing if they offer you boosters 3 days later knowing you probably already passed the level?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
