Game 7656 goes into a loop going down the center and right that never ends. I have to quit the game and lose a life. Is this intentional?

I just got to this level to win many gold bars and it's looping. Also I was top of Sam's Streak and got bumped down. Not fair the only answer is to close the app and restart after several years of this being a known issue. Today is 1/3/24. See attached.
I'm having same issue, twice now. Candies are coming from left top (orange candy) down to right through hole where green candy is in a continuous loop
This is still an issue.

there are no problem in this level please try again.
Be sure you are using updated version of the game.
Level 7656 is an orders level, you have to collect sugar coats and grow the popcorns to complete the level. The sugar coats are not usually a problem to collect, so try to concentrate on growing the popcorns as much as possible. The candies from the right side will drop through the portals into the left side, so work on the left side when you can. But keep an eye on the colourbomb on the right, once it is free from the candy curls switch it with a wrap or a stripe to hit the popcorns and collect sugar coats.

Did this happen one time on the level or does this happen every time you play?
@PatStev Hi and welcome, This is a temporary glitch that does happen now and again on certain levels but as explained above normally only happens the odd time. Video here should give you some hints and tips on completing level and hopefully this does not happen to you again.

This is certainly not on purpose, I've already had something like this in a few levels, most of the time it didn't happen on the second or third attempt. I haven't found anything at this level so far, should I find something, I'll get in touch. Try again, a little more carefully.
