I recently updated my iPad to the newest iOS, and since doing do have had extreme difficulty playing the game. Most times it won't even load, and on the 1 in 15 times it does, and I can get to a board, it closes before I can even play. I have removed and reinstalled candy crush, I have reset my iPad, I have also done a factory reset. Candy crush will no longer work. All this time I thought I had bugs on my iPad, but today when my wife updated iOS, she immediately had the same problem.

Which iPad are you playing from?
I saw on another thread that there was an issue with early iPad versions if you have iOS 9.3 installed. It might have something to do with the iPad only having 512 MB build in RAM so with the latest OS installed you'll not have sufficient resources to play newer games.
