Candy Crush Saga 1607 not recognising any 3.4. or 5 item matches at start of game, often fails to reduce the remaining jelly correctly and only gives 23 moves - other posts say it give 35?

According to this, the difficulty is insanely hard. Read that for tips and strategy on how to beat it. If you have the Sugar Drop Feature, collect some of those for boosters, and then use those on this level.
23 moves is correct. Unless you provide some information as to how you're playing (facebook, king.com, mobile app) and considerably better explanation, preferably with video or screenshot evidence, of the other problems it's not really going to be possible to offer any assistance beyond that.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
