I have used all 16 moves and reached 10880 points and it says Oh No!, when I've already done what I needed to complete level #1389. I have a screen print of the information. I looked at other answers and they state that what I accomplished show have completed the level. I have a screen shot, but don't know how to get it to you. How can I fix this? Thanks

If I knew the answer, I wouldn't have asked the question.

Although you have used all the moves it looks as though you have left a board on which no further moves are possible which is considered, rightly or wrongly, a losing position. One of those things, I'm afraid. You really need to get the chocolate under control by destroying at least one of the spawners to be certain of avoiding this scenario.
