Why are my tickets being withheld??

ive been sent at least 8 tickets to pass the level I am on and only 2 have come through!!! Why are my tickets being withheld from me? Every single time I need tickets to pass a level this happens!! I shouldn't have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to pass a level that my friends have sent me tickets for!! WHERE ARE MY TICKETS??

I've logged out, don't have game notifications turned on, have game notifications turned on, restarted my phone & tablet, blah,blah,blah....Nothing has worked. About ready to delete the whole thing & move on. It's not fun any more

This is BS!!! My husband has sent me 4 tickets in the last 24 hours so I can get to the next level. I don't believe the answer given by king. 2 other tickets came through. This is just a scheme to get people to spend money!! What a crock!

Well I've been waiting 2 days!! I have had people send me tickets almost the same time as what the two tickets I have received and still waiting for another ticket!! Bull crap that you have to wait almost 3 days for it to unblock!!

Level 11297
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
Weekly Challenge
How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!

Game froze
hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
golden bars
Since a couple of days ago, i had 94 (or 93) golden bars. All of the sudden, i realized just yesterday that i have left only 4 though i never used any of the 94 for any reason. Neither for extra moves or for any kind of purchase. Please check my account/profile and restore the amount of bars i should have. Thank you
