Problem with logging in

Hello. I started to play connecting to the Facebook but after some time stopped and was using the kingdom username "no00uty". After upgrading the system in my phone I can't log in to the kingdom as it's written that my email is not found. Is there any solution for that? Thanks.

    I don't want to sound bad but you're sure it's the right email address? The system should definitely recognize it.

    How about in another King game, maybe try it there and see if there's an issue.

    You know, I logged in using Facebook account and it restored my levels! Strange but Cool :)
