In both my IOS app and Kindle Fire app, each Candy Crush level begins with a color bomb on a random space. I don't want the extra help on every level. Can this be turned off? I rarely play on Facebook but I tried today and am not seeing it there.
While an event for a free special candy on every level is on. then every level will have a special candy (i.e. Wrapped Candy). When the event ends, then no special candy will be added to the board.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
