Synchronization Problem

Level 2

Hi,

I've been having trouble synchronize between the various platforms for more than a month and KING still have not been able to resolve it.

It's very frustrating and the fun of playing has already passed.

The default level is 11436,

As a result I wasted a lot of boosters and levels lives.

Home PC (Win. 11) –11479

Work PC (Win. 10) – 11441

Android Phone – 11441

Facebook - 11441

Can someone help me to fix it ?

    Hi @King_Breaker !

    If your levels do not sync between devices, please try these steps on all devices you play on:

    -Make sure the app is updated first in your app store

    -Disconnect the game from your King or Facebook account

    -Force close/ stop the app

    -Restart the device

    -Open the game and reconnect to your Kin g or Facebook account

    When you log out and back in, what level does it sign you in on? It's possible your home PC is not properly connected if it is not syncing to your other devices.

    Hi @Crazy Cat Lad, I already done it & the sync. problem remined.


    Hi @Lindark, The default level is 11436.

    The Home PC is well connected & the game is full updated.

    @King_Breaker Just a question, why check in so much devices. Are you in a King test group that check the version on all kind of devices? Not sure they do it.

    Try playing on your android phone. And try to sync it by turning on wifi or mobile data.

    Next check on your other devices.

    Then you can find out whether the problem is with your Home PC or with King.

    The problem is wuth KING,

    They said that currently they cant fix  the sync. problem above Level 11420.

    Waiting for their support.

    Hello @King_Breaker I think playing only on your Home PC will be successful.

    Because I also get a lot of issues when playing in 2 devices simultaneously.

    In the last few days, I was having sam's streak on my laptop and it hibernated because of low battery. Then I started playing on my tablet. As a result of that, I completely lost sam's streak.

    HI,

    I do not know if KING tried to fix the synchronization problem between the different platforms,

    But the situation now that on Android I am in level 11503 and the rest in level 11494.

    Why is the problem not being addressed more than a month ?
