I have a complaint on lvl 513!

For two times on the same play, I joined 2 multi-coloured candies (when it clears the whole board), it cleared all the jellies except one that it does not go away, no matter how many times I hit it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is on the bottom right corner, the explosion hit the jelly twice (as it hit all the other reamining jellies AND CLEANED THEM), but this particular one is 1-click away of disappearing and nothing, either stripes or whatever, cleans it!What should I do?????http://prntscr.com/bdx4guMy ID: ID: 1391944621

Hi Monica!

I have just replayed level 513 and it works OK - no issues with clearing the jellies.

I suggest you first have a look at this video I found on YouTube:

You might also try to play the level on King.com to see if the levels works better there.

I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.
