Hi, my mother plays in the kingdom mode with the name of missbluette , no facebook or email . PC is broken and no longer able to recover the level , over 1300 , and ' possible to retrieve the profile and advances ? thank you

Hi Daniela,
If your mother plays Candy Crush Saga directly on King.com then all progress, highscores and gold bars are stored online.
If she plays from a mobile device and is connected to Kingdom (I assume she did as she has a username) then it is also possible to retrieve the progress.
I suggest you go to King.com and use the login function top right corner of the screen. From here you can login and most likely you'll find all played levels available.
