Why is my avatar a stupid cat?
Hello,
Why is my profile pic an avatar of a stupid cat? I have disconnected and then reconnected to Facebook and the app is updated. It all used to be fine and my profile pic was my Facebook pic, but all of a sudden I (and most of my friends) have been given stupid avatars that can't be changed. I just want my Facebook photo back!

My account is also linked to Facebook.
Players using Candy Crush via Facebook also have two avatars in the game, an animated version and the normal profile picture. Your profile photo is not gone, you may see it come back at any time.
My avatar changes several times even in one day. For example, yesterday I had my profile photo all day, today I have the animated image again.
This happens automatically and only the players who have the Facebook account have this "problem", probably due to the connection between Facebook and the server.

Seems like many didn't understand your question.
You mean your profile picture suddenly changed into a different avatar, right?
There are some reasons for this issue. It can be happened because of a system glitch in King.
Or that maybe a play test, which means they are testing by giving out a feature to a group of players.
Have you tried seeing your avatar in a different device?

I understand what the player means, but this is not really a problem. I don't know if you've ever had Facebook players as friends, if you notice they have two avatars. I also have two, probably when Facebook does not connect well to the server it shows the animated version.
