Amount shown for gold bars was 120₹ but 1040₹ got deducted

Question

When I purchased a 20 gold bar package it was showing 120₹ but when I clicked on buy and purchased I got a transaction alert from my bank saying 1040₹ was spent. Can you please let me know why there is a difference in the price shown and the actual price which got deducted.

Hi Neethan!

I suggest you start by checking the transaction in iTunes. If the amount there is 120₹ then you need to contact your bank.

If the amount in iTunes is 1040₹ then you need to get directly in contact with King's support: https://care.king.com/en/contact
