Cant be synced to facebook and king.com at same time on mobile

I have a mobile, tablet, and pc that I play Candy crush on vis facebook. I just recently started using king.com and I am now struggling linking king AND Facebook when using the mobile platforms. I have synced Facebook on the king website, I have disconnected and reconnected each divice, I have checked for updates and even uninstalled and reinstalled.I've watched the videos and scoured the forums..
Does anybody know if you can have both synced at the same time? As in seeing your Facebook and king friends on your map, ask them both for tickets and lives, and having the same timers?currently I have my mobile set to Facebook and my tablet set to king just watching the differences while waiting on tickets. When on mobile, I do not see the tickets pending from king friends and vice versa. I also have different timers for lives to regenerate as well as different days for the treat calendar, even if I sync Facebook to my tab (king only currently) it will update but then regress if I disconnect...
Shouldn't it be possible to have both or do I have to choose one or the other?

I also have the same problems. I use FB account for iPad,android and laptop. None are synced.I am stuck on level 380 on two devices because I am not getting tickets to enter next episode and the clock says 000 deleted apps redid levels on both. So frustrating. Can no longer play.
