After the first 2 keys drop, the rest of them wont, making it impossible to complete this level. Will this be fixed?
There's nothing to fix. The keys drop on specific turns. If you do not make space beneath one of the dispensers on that turn then they key does not drop. For exact details I suggest you consult the Candy Crush wiki.
