Sync issue

Logged into my mother's account and now we are synced and I'm on her level.  I've tried everything to fix it and reset back to my progress.  Help???

  I had this problem.  I went to the Internet and typed in Facebook.com and my husbands was listed.  I just change the info to mine and it worked.  You can't do it through the app.  Hope this helps.
