I used 9 gold bars to unlock the next level and for 2 hours of unlimited lives and the game took my 9 gold bars but didn't let me move on and it didn't give me my 2 hours of unlimited lives

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
