I cannot update candy crush saga on windows phone 8.1. Download stops at about half of progress bar. Last levels on my phone are about 1600.
Maybe I should reinstall? Is it possible to reinstall without loosing all the powerups?

You will loose all your boosters and lives if you un-install the game!
Instead I suggest you try this method:
1) Cancel the update - tap and hold on the app on the downloads list until you see the pop-out option to cancel the download or update.
2) Go to the Store settings. Tap on "Check for updates".
3) Go back to the Downloads list.
4) If more than one app appears, cancel everything else leaving just the Candy Crush Saga app.
5) Once that app is updated, repeat the process for all the other apps (Store settings, check for updates).
Please also make sure that your phone has a stable internet connection while updating.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
