Problem with the Bubblegum troll 3 hard levels prize

I did the 3 hard levels for Bubblegum troll and didn't lose a life. Clicked on 'claim prize' and it reset and asked me to start again. Restarting the game didn't help. Not happy as I had to use several hard-earned boosters on the 3rd level so I didn't lose a life.

    I read that if you log out and back into Facebook/Kingdom then that helps so give it a try Gill.

    Sadly I don't play any games on Facebook, only on my phone and I don't think there's anything there to log out of ... but thanks for the suggestion :)

    If you go to the app settings in the bottom left corner you can disconnect from Facebook or Kingdom, whichever one you use to save your game :)

    Argh ... I wasn't logged in. Didn't realise that I could be. I am now, but guess it's too late. Thanks for teaching me something new, even if it didn't help with my problem this time :)
