candu crush game locked to one facebook account

we have serveral members of same family each has a facebook account and each playing candy crush on the same device. In the past we can change the facebooks accounts and switch to the corresponding candy crush game. Suddenly, the candy crush game is locked to one facebook account so no matter which facebook account is being logged in it is the same candy game from one person. How can we unlock this so that everyone in the family can play on the same device ?

First of all every member already has own Facebook profile. I have already tried your suggestions before your answer and it does not work. All it does is slow a screen said CONFIRM and go back to the same game despite change of Facebook account and end session. Right now only way is to remove app deactivate Facebook account then log into another account in this case however will lose all accumulated life and boosters. Please look into this further.

Hi 陳宁,

I suggest you create individual profiles on the mobile device. This way every member can have their own settings and maintain correct connectivity to the game.

In case you want to manually disconnect the game then kindly log into the Facebook account the game is currently connected to, then go into Facebook settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security - from here you can close the session for the connection.

After the session is closed you can now start the game on your mobile device, click the blue Facebook button and enter the username and password for the Facebook connection you prefer.
