Help me !!!

What's going on candy crush? Yesterday i cannot open my extra life. Today i can open and all my extra life gone... I was had 29 extra life, and today just have 2 ?????? How can it be?? Before all my booster bonus gone. I have so much bonus, when i open to playing this game, all is gone. Again...again... And again... Now it's happend again with my extra life. It's so dissapointed. Please give me back all my extra life and my booster bonus, please...

To use the vernacular, s**t happens. There's really not a lot anyone can do to prevent it with so many possible points of failure between app, OS, and t'interwebs. Free bonuses, lives etc. cannot be replaced so you just have to livew with it, I'm afraid.

If it's any consolation, remember that those of us who play on Facebook or at king.com have never been allowed to store extra lives at all and are given them only on a use or lose basis. You've not really a lot to complain about.

Hi, WhWhen I watch a video, click on the X sometimes it opens a Web browser, but when I try to go back to the game it restart it! So each time I do lose the level. Can you help me? Many thanks

I reach 21 twice and did get a reward. I also passed a level and it said I did. i used my 10 gold bars to extend the play and used my flying saucer
