Question on losing bars on the free spins

I lost 12 gold bars when the free spin to get extra moves took 6 bars on 2 different occasions the other night while on my phone. I've quit using them till I get this resolved I've got a ticket number(Ticket-Id:2713295) so this should help to explain

The other one is the one where you can win gold bars and those I don't do either, If I'm gonna use bars its not gonna be to get extra moves maybe to get stuff I can use but not extra moves that in my opinion is not a good use of bars as they're to hard to get

thing is I didn't do the spin that uses the gold bars that was my point it was supposed to be the free one not the gold bar one I've played the game long enough to know the difference both times its done this the game seems to have stuttered then the bars are gone as if I had used the spin which I didn't................

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
