Hi there, i havent seen your message in the envelope icon yet, because i always reinstall the game.I appriciate your response yesterday. And i am waiting your response again thanks.

Hi there- Are you logging into King Care on a mobile or desktop? Once you have logged in you should see an envelope icon next to your profile picture in the top right hand corner, please let me know if you are unable to locate it :-)
